“So, what is your plan?? You want to be with Alifa
noona??”, Changhyun asked Jonghyun in the class.
“Molla~ She seems okay to be with me all the time. I
mean she acts normal around me so I don't know if she likes me or not”
"Aigoo~ Our Jonghyun finally falling in love. He has grown up", Changhyun teased him, got a death glare from Jonghyun.
"And you, Mr. Yoo Changhyun?! You haven't falling in love with someone"
"Isshh~ We are talking about you now not me!!"
They whispered along the class as Jonghyun always gave Changhyun his death glare everytime Changhyun teased him. Changhyun kept asking Jonghyun on how he would make Alifa liked him and Jonghyun would always said that he didn't know since it was his first time to like someone in his life. Changhyun gave his idea on asking Minsoo or Niel how to get a girl they like. Jonghyun paused from what he did and nodded. "That's a good idea, Changhyun! You're smart enough!!"
The bell rang and it's time to go home. All of them didn't go home directly but they went to the nearest shopping mall as today was Friday, it meant they would be free until Sunday. They decided to have a dinner together there after roaming the shopping mall.
Minsoo and Yoomi went to an arcade (game centre) with Jonghyun, Changhyun and Alifa. Sina and Niel went to the bookstore there while Byunghun dragged Yoori away from the rest. In the game centre, Alifa and Yoomi had fun together with Changhyun. Jonghyun and Minsoo just followed them from behind. Jonghyun's eyes still locked on Alifa who smiled and laughed happily with Yoomi and Changhyun. He even didn't hear what Minsoo just said to him and it made Minsoo noticed that Jonghyun was spying on Alifa. He made a smirk as he put his arms on Jonghyun's shoulder. He laughed a bit, made Jonghyun blushed. Jonghyun knew that Minsoo's laughed must be for him.
"You like Alifa?!", Minsoo whispered.
"H- hyung!!"
"You blushed really hard!!", Minsoo still whispered in Jonghyun's ear. But suddenly, Jonghyun pulled Minsoo to come with him - made a distance with the girls.
"YES!! I'm desperate, hyung"
"Whu- Why?!"
"I don't know if she likes me or not"
"You are in one club with her, Jonghyun!! And she is your dance partner!! You should know!!"
"But she always acts normal around me!"
"Then it means she doesn't like you"
"Minsoo hyung, jebal.... But, could you pretty please give me some advices?? Like what you did to get Yoomi noona's heart??"
"Well... I just simply talked with Yoomi and be friend with her first and .......... *just pretended that Minsoo is giving Jonghyun his advice*"
After a long lecture from Minsoo, they went back to see the girls and Changhyun. Minsoo came closer to Yoomi - who was happily play basketball game with Alifa - and hugged her from behind. Changhyun was nowhere to be seen - probably he was enjoying himself around. Minsoo looked at Jonghyun and gave him a signal to become closer to Alifa. Minsoo then whispered something to Yoomi's ear, still hugging her, as Yoomi gasped, they moved away, leaving Alifa with Jonghyun alone.
"Uhh~ Alifa noona??"
"Yes?!", she smiled at him.
"Uhh.. May I accompany you?? It seems like Yoomi noona and Minsoo hyung are busy", Jonghyun said as he pointed his finger to Minsoo and Yoomi's direction - they walked out from the game centre hand-in-hand.
"Well, yeah. I steal Yoomi at the class and I guess Minsoo misses her. Okay!! Now, accompany me, Choi Jonghyun!", she smiled happily.
They roamed all the games machines in the game centre. Jonghyun now could laugh happily with Alifa. They had fun in the game centre and Alifa didn't realize that she actually held Jonghyun's hand, dragged him here and there. Jonghyun would smile secretly at how happy Alifa was. Their last game before meeting the others was Dance Revolution *sorry I'm so outdated*. Since both of them are good dancers, they couldn't beat each other until they reached the highest level. Alifa was dizzy from dancing and she lost her balance. She almost fell into the ground but Jonghyun caught her on time with his strong arms.
Both of their hearts beating too fast as their face were close enough. Alifa could see his sharp eyes stared at her deeply and it made her blushed. This was the first time she saw a man looked at her with a caring and worry look. She also realized how handsome Jonghyun is from this closer look. Jonghyun, himself, also blushed when he realized that he was looking at her lips while gulping. Changhyun who just passed by made a shock-happy-face. He ran away to his hyungs and noonas to report this.
"Oh... Sorry, Jonghyun-ah"
"No, that's okay. Are you okay, noona?"
"Ye- yeah I gue- AHH!! I think I sprained my ankle!! ACK!!"
"Omo!! Here let me help you walk, noona", Jonghyun said as he put Alifa's hand on his neck. Once again, both of them might gone crazy with their own heart-beats.
Jonghyun made Alifa sat on the near bench there. He kneeled in front of her just to take Alifa's shoes off and started massaging Alifa's ankle. Alifa shouted in pain. Her hands automatically held Jonghyun's shoulder tightly. Jonghyun could feel her tears falling down as she tried hard to hold her voice. He let go Alifa's ankle and looked into her red face. Alifa still cried but then Jonghyun wiped her tears away with his thumb. He pat Alifa's head and convinced her that her ankle was okay now. She looked at Jonghyun in disbelief when she moved her ankle. He cured it.
Alifa's heartbeat once again gone crazy when she looked deep into Jonghyun's eyes. His stare was different from the others. Gaze full of caring was shown there. She blushed hard while thanked him. Jonghyun made a shy smile when he saw Alifa's red cheek. Minsoo's advice really worked.
They were now gathered together at a restaurant there. They didn't know what happened to Byunghun and Yoori since they couldn't be seen. Sina then made an assumptions that Byunghun must be dragged Yoori away to talk with her seriously about their relationship. Then, they saw Jonghyun helped Alifa to walk. They smiled widely at that scene in front of their eyes - of course Changhyun told them earlier.
Jonghyun sat beside Minsoo and Alifa sat beside Sina. Sina worrily asked Alifa if she was okay with her ankle. Alifa just nodded and took a glance at Jonghyun who whispered something to Minsoo - thanking him for giving an advice since it was really working - while smiling. "OH NO!!", Alifa suddenly shouted - earned a confused look from the others.
"Wae?! You scared me!!", Yoomi held her chest.
"On Sunday, I will go to the dance competition!! I have to dance and my ankle.... OH NO!!"
"AH!! Right!! Me too since we are partner for the couple dance!!", Jonghyun added.
"Ottohkae?!", she was in a urge to cry.
"Let me solve the problem for you, noona", Jonghyun said and gave a warm smile to her.

It was the day when Alifa should be represented her school in a dance competition but the coach didn't let her to join. She made Alifa rest for this competition when Jonghyun told her that Alifa hurted her ankle. So, in the last minute, the coach changed Alifa to another girl to be Jonghyun's partner. They practiced really hard as the girl had to remember all of the steps in one night. Alifa was there to examine the girl's steps. She sometimes felt weird happen to her to see Jonghyun held another girl in his arms. She felt burning inside but she didn't know why. It was just whenever Jonghyun made a skin-contact to this girl, she would always looked away. She hated it.
Alifa sat in the audiences seat together with Sina, Niel, Chanhee and Changhyun. Yoomi and Minsoo were busy with their date and Byunghun - Yoori couldn't come with their own reason. Once the competition started, all of them were glued into the stage. When it came to their school, Alifa would use her annoyed face whenever Jonghyun held the girl's waist or hands. She gripped her hands to the seat and Sina noticed that. She smirked (again). This girl beside her likes Jonghyun for sure.
Their school lose the competition in 3rd place. But at least they still got the trophy and bronze medals. All of them then came to TOP High School dress-room to congratulate Jonghyun. All, except Alifa gave a warm hug to Jonghyun and pat his shoulder. She just stood there with her annoyed look. Well, at that time, Jonghyun was topless and his arm was on the girl's shoulder. She was annoyed enough but still smiling awkwardly to the people there. She kept talking to the others in the room and completely ignored Jonghyun.
"She likes you", Sina whispered to him. "She was mad when you held this girl's waist on the stage"
"Ji- Jinjja?!", Jonghyun couldn't believe what he just heard from Sina.
"I guess so. That's why she doesn't talk to you"
"OMO!! Thanks to Minsoo hyung's advice!!!"
"Huh?!"
"He helped me by giving some advice. kekekeke~"
"But she won't admit it in the first place, I guess. Keep getting closer to her, kay?! Hwaiting dongsaeng-ah!!", Sina hit Jonghyun's back.

On their normal activities, Alifa still ignored Jonghyun but Jonghyun always sticked to her like there's nothing happened between them. He would use his aegyo to talk to Alifa. He would come to Alifa's classroom when she didn't join the group and accompanied her in class. He also would always show his perfect smile to her whenever they met. Slowly, Alifa's heart became calm and she started to smile at him again. Jonghyun was always the first one to talk to Alifa even though she didn't want to answer, but thanks to his aegyo, Alifa gave up and replied him.
They became closer each days. But as Sina had said, Alifa really didn't admit it that she liked Jonghyun. Everytime Yoomi, Yoori and Sina asked her, she would deny it - that in fact, she really liked him and felt comfortable around Jonghyun. Especially when they were on the club, Jonghyun and Alifa would be always together. The other students thought that they must be going out since they did some skin-ships on their break. Yes, Jonghyun liked to pinch Alifa's cheek or ruffled her hair and Alifa liked to hit Jonghyun's buffy arms.
As usual, Jonghyun always accompanied Alifa to go home. Since her house was nearby the school, she would walk and Jonghyun left his car just to "protect" her on her way home. He wanted to feel the romantic atmosphere like what he always saw in the movie where the man will walk his love home. He felt that too clear as Alifa would always keep talking to him with her beautiful smile. It was like the whole world was only for both of them. She also felt the same. She felt safe around Jonghyun that she slowly saw him as a man not a little brother again. She felt that she didn't want to let those smiles go from her. She wanted him and he wanted her.
