NEVER IGNORE YOUR DESTINY

“YA LEE BYUNGHUN!!! WHAT DID YOU DO?!?!?!?! LOOK AT THIS!!!”, Yoori yells at her husband who is sitting on their bed while playing with their little girl, Lee Heeyoung. She hands him something. Byunghun’s face changes from confused into happy after looking at the ‘thing’ Yoori gave him.

“LEE HEEYOUNG, YOU WILL GET A LITTLE BROTHER OR SISTER LATER!!!”, Byunghun kisses his daughter who has a confused look on her face. “DADDY DID IT!! Yahoooo!! Jung Yoori, thank you so much!!! I love you and I love you and I love you!!”, Byunghun runs to Yoori and hugs her. 

“Daddy is so weird”, Heeyoung leaves the room makes her parents jaw dropping. She has that chick personality from Yoori of course. Byunghun then looks at his wife again. He grins at her and pecks her lips. He feels happy to know that he will have his second little ByungRi after Heeyoung and he wishes that they will get a boy this time.

Both of them tell their friends about this when they gather together at Jonghyun’s house. Only Sina and Niel who don’t come there since they are still on their honeymoon – which they spend it almost a month. Yoomi laughs as she heard that Yoori is pregnant with her second child. Well, it’s funny to know that both of them get pregnant at the same time like what happened to Heeyoung and the twins. Yoori then joins Yoomi, laughing together.

Changhyun and Jonghyun are busy playing with Youngmin - Youngjae while Alifa is busy playing with Heeyoung. Byunghun and Minsoo are busy talking about their businesses. Yoomi and Yoori are busy talking about their pregnancies. Somehow, they miss Niel and Sina. Niel is the loudest and noisiest there while Sina is the one who always nag them. They just wish Niel and Sina will go home soon from their honeymoon. It was Niel’s idea to have a full of month honeymoon.

Time flies so fast. Niel and Sina are back and sadly, there is no news about little Niel – Sina coming from them. Niel currently owns a café near their house and the group will hang together there. Sina is still working as an English teacher in TOP Elementary School. Niel actually is against this. He doesn’t want his wife to work but Sina insists that she wants to work. Niel knows that how hard he tries; Sina will never listen to him when she has something that she really wants to do. No one can stop her.

 Byunghun grows worry over Yoori’s pregnancy as she is in her 3^rd month. He doesn’t want Yoori to take care of Heeyoung since it will be so dangerous for her and her baby to work too hard. Same thing happens to Minsoo and Yoomi as Yoomi is in her 4^th month. Minsoo has called a nurse to take care of Youngjae and Youngmin – which was against Yoomi’s will. She doesn’t want her boys to be taken care of someone else besides her or her family but she lost from Minsoo who has the power as the head of the family.

Byunghun thinks the same as Minsoo but Yoori also doesn’t want her daughter to be taken care of someone she doesn’t know. Since Byunghun always respects Yoori’s decision, *literally smack Minsoo* he agrees on having Yoori’s cousin to take care of Heeyoung. At least, Heeyoung already knows her aunt.

Yoori’s cousin comes to her house and stays there to help Yoori. Thankfully, Yoori’s cousin is still on college so she can manage her times to take care of Heeyoung until Yoori is giving birth. In the morning, she will take care of Heeyoung until the night time, when Byunghun is home from office, she will attend her classes.

One time, all of them are coming to Yoori’s house to celebrate Byunghun’s birthday. Yoori’s cousin helps her to cook and prepares the dishes while Byunghun is playing with Heeyoung. One by one of them come. Yoori is busy in the kitchen so Byunghun is the one who greets them with Heeyoung. Once Yoomi and Minsoo come with their boys, Heeyoung and the twins are nowhere to be seen – they are playing in Heeyoung’s room.

“Guys, let me introduce you to my cousin who is helping me taking care of Heeyoung. Chagu, come here!”, Yoori tells as all of them are there – she literally tells the boys since Yoomi and Sina already know her.

“Hello, I’m Choi Chagu. Nice to meet you all. Hi, Yoomi and Sina unnie”, Chagu greets them and waves to Yoomi and Sina.

“Chagu! Long time no see! Whoa, I miss you!”, Sina runs to her and hugs her.

“How are you, Chagu?! Last time we met, you still on middle school, right?!”, Yoomi joins them.

“Hahaha. Unnie, I’m a college student now. It was 7 years ago! Where are your sons, unnie?!”

“They are with Heeyoung. Hahaha”

“Sina unnie, where is the big news?”

“What news?!”

“Don’t you want to be like Yoori and Yoomi unnie?! A mother?!”

“YA!!!”

They are sinking into the deep conversation as they missed each other. Yoori joins them at last and they are happily talking. Chagu can’t stay calm when talking as she turns her head here and there. But then she stops at one direction. Her eyes glued into him.

”Yoori unnie, who is that?!”

“Where?? Ahh. That’s Bang Minsoo, Yoomi’s husband. How can you forget that?! Ck”

“UNNIE!! I know Minsoo oppa!! The one who is talking with him”

“Ah, Lee Chan—Wait! You…”

 “Huh?!”, Sina and Yoomi make a smirk as Yoori has a big grin on her. Does her cousin finally falling in love?! They look at her who is keep stealing some glances to Chanhee. Three of them are giggling as they know that Chagu is falling for Chanhee’s charm. Who won’t?! Chanhee is really good looking and he has a lot of charms.

On the other side, Chanhee who is talking with Minsoo catches Chagu’s eyes. He smiles at her and it makes Chagu blushes really hard. His smile is so pretty. He grows annoyed when he catches Chagu’s eyes are glued to him a couple of times.

“Why does she keep staring at me?!”

“Oh?! Nuguya?!”

“Yoori’s cousin”

Yoomi who is approaching her husband hears that and makes a smirk. Minsoo looks at his wife and he knows exactly what is that smirk mean so he also makes a smirk.

“What do you think of her, Chanhee?!”, Yoomi asks him out of the blue.

“Huh?!”

“Doesn’t she look pretty?!”, Yoomi smiles as she points out to Chagu who is busy feeding Heeyoung.

“Park Yoomi. Don’t even try to match-making me with her!! I told you tha—“

“C’mon, Chanhee!! Are you sure you want to stay single forever?!”, Minsoo helps his wife. “Even our youngest, Jonghyun, will be getting married next 2 months!! Don’t you feel jealous towards us who are having our partners?!”

“Changhyun doesn’t have anyone though”, Chanhee answers calmly.

“Exclude him!! He only knows how to study”, Minsoo scoffs.

“Well yeah, I’m jealous towards you, Minsoo”

“STOP! Stop it! Just finish it here! It’s up to you now! Don’t bring up our past anymore, Lee Chanhee!”, Yoomi tells him with her angry face. She then drags Minsoo away from Chanhee. Well, Minsoo doesn’t mind if Chanhee brings up that memories again because for him it is already the past and Yoomi is his now.

Yoori tells her cousin to have a courage to talk to Chanhee. Chagu is so shy to talk to him as she keeps talking to Sina - even though her eyes are glued to Chanhee. Yoori then makes a step to help her cousin to get closer to Chanhee. She drags Chagu with her and introduces her 'properly' to Chanhee which makes Chanhee annoyed enough. First Yoomi and now Yoori does this to him. He said that he doesn't want to be in relationship right now. Even though he doesn't show it, but Chagu knows that Chanhee looks annoyed. She leaves Chanhee when Yoori just left them alone. Chanhee just gives his perfect smile to Chagu then leaves too.

From that night, something strange always happen to Chagu and Chanhee. They always meet accidentally. Like when Chagu is going to go to mini market, she will see Chanhee who is also going in to the mini market. Both of them will just exchange gaze each other without talking. Then, whenever Chagu goes to school (University), she will meet Chanhee who just got back from library. Awkwardness builded between them each day as they see each other often. Not to mention, Chagu is Chanhee's junior at college. Chagu likes him more each day as she always sees Chanhee. But no one knows about Chanhee's heart.

Sometimes, Chagu will try to talk to Chanhee to wash-away the awkwardness between them but Chanhee will always avoids her or just gives a smile without answering her. She tries hard to get closer to Chanhee but he ignores her until she gives up on herself.  

One night, Chagu goes home at late midnight as she has to do some papers with her friends. Yoori is worry that her cousin hasn't reached home at this hour. Byunghun keeps telling her to chill down since she is pregnant. She worries if something happen to Chagu. She keeps calling Chagu but she can't be reached since her battery is off. 

Chagu is walking alone from the bus station to Yoori's home. It is really dark and no one can be found in the street. She used to it as she puts her earphone and listens to a music. She doesn't know that someone is approaching her. A drunken man. He suddenly puts his hand to Chagu's shoulder which makes Chagu frozen. She stops. She is scared. She can smells alcohol from his breath. The man is roaming his hand to Chagu's body and she screams. The drunken man covers Chagu's mouth with his hand as he carries Chagu. 

Chagu is crying so loud as she struggles from the man who is walking to his car. She screams as loud as she can but no one is there. The man puts her to his car and he is about to go in to the car when someone punches him hard right on his face. Chagu can't see who is that since her vision is blurry from her tears. She just sees that 'this man' gives a bunch of punches to the drunken man. She is crying hard in the car.

Second later, she feels someone pulls her out from the car. She keeps screaming as she thinks that the one who pulls her is the drunken man before. She struggles hard from 'this man' grip while calling Yoori's name.

"Sssshhh~ It's me Chanhee"

Chagu stops hitting him as she heard this soft and calm voice. She can feel Chanhee hugs her and pats her back. She is crying once again. But this time, it's a cry of relieving. She feels safe in Chanhee's embrace. She cries harder as she hugs him back. She suddenly loses all of her energy and then she faints in Chanhee's embrace.

"Chagu?! Shit!! Chagu!!! Wake up!!! Chagu!!", Chanhee shakes Chagu's body but she doesn't respond it. Chanhee then steals the beaten-drunk-man's car key and puts Chagu to the car as he speeds off to the hospital near the area. The doctor takes her to the emergency room. Chanhee calls Yoori and Byunghun to tell them that Chagu is in the hospital. 

Not long after that, Byunghun and Yoori come to the hospital. Yoori is crying as she feels worry if something bad happened to Chagu. Chanhee explains to them what just happened to Chagu and Yoori feels thankful towards Chanhee. If Chanhee wasn't there, she doesn't want to know what will be happened to her cousin. 

The doctor comes out and says that she is okay that she just had a big shock. Yoori and Byunghun come in to Chagu's room but Chanhee leaves them. He keeps thinking how his heart is slowly changing towards Chagu. Especially when she cried on his embrace, there's a sudden desire for him to protect this girl and it looks like he has to protect her. But once again, he doesn't want to make a conclusion that he likes Chagu. The things happened between them lately maybe just happened by chance. 

He keeps thinking about Chagu's trembling body when he hugged her, on the way home. Somehow he felt warm when he hugged her. Little does he know, he secretly took some glances to Chagu when they met accidentally everyday and every night. He admits that he likes Chagu's smile. He doesn't know that he also made a smile form on his face whenever he saw that. And the moment when he saw some-random-drunken-man almost hurted her, made his blood boils. He was so angry to see he placed his dirty-hand on Chagu's body. Thankfully he was passing by there - more like he felt an urgency to go outside which he didn't know why.   

          

"Yoori unnie, where is Chanhee oppa?? He saved my life"

"Oh?! He was here a moment ago. Byunghun, could you please call him?!"

"Arasseo. Wait a minute"

Byunghun can't reach Chanhee. He turns his phone off. Chagu is so sad that she wants to say thank you to him but she feels that once again, he avoids her. She knows that Chanhee doesn't like her but why he saved her?! Probably because she is just a girl that need to be saved when she almost got raped by a drunken man. Yeah, he might be do the same if a girl he barely known is in situation like her. She turns her body and cries secretly. She is hoping that Chanhee is actually care about her. Yoori sees her with a pity look.

"Chagu. I will send you back to home. Seoul is not safe for you. I will call aunty to take you home", Yoori tells her while stroking her hair.

"Unnie!! I'm okay!! Really!! Who will take care of Heeyoung?! Unnie is pregnant and I can't let unnie to do house chores alone!!", she turns her body back to face Yoori.

"I have Byunghun, Chagu"

"Byunghun oppa is busy with his works. You will be alone at day time!! No. I can't do that!!"

"No, Chagu. Go home. I don't want you to be involve more in an accident like this again", Byunghun comes in.

"See?! It's better if you go home"

"OPPA!! UNNIE!!! I don't want to leave you and Heeyoung!!"

"I have asked Minsoo's help to look for a nurse. That's okay", Byunghun ruffles her hair.

A week has passed after the incident that night and yes, Yoori sent Chagu back home without telling the others. She is still young and Yoori doesn't want her to be hurted in anyways. Chagu cried a lot when her mom picked her up. So did Yoori and Heeyoung. Chagu knows that she will miss Chanhee too, a lot. 

The others get confused when they don't see Chagu with Yoori and Byunghun, especially Chanhee. He misses to see Chagu's face but he doesn't get what he wanted. It is disappointing for him. Byunghun gets the face that Chanhee is making right now.

"You miss Chagu?!"

"Eh?! What are you talking about Byunghun?! Hahaha"

"Your face says it all, pabo!! You like her?!"

"I.. Nope. I don't like her. It's just I look at her just like a little sister. That's all"

"Liar", Byunghun smirks. 

Chanhee feels empty when he sees his friends happily leaving the place with their own family. Then, he sees Chagu's smiling face right in front of his eyes. It's obviously a hallucination but he smiles. It feels warm for him. Then, he turns his car to Byunghun's house.

"YOORI!!! BYUNGHUN!!!"

"Wha- Chanhee?! What's wro-"

"TELL ME WHERE IS CHAGU!!! TELL ME WHERE SHE IS NOW!!! TELL ME, YOORI!!!"

"Calm down!! Come sit down first"

Chanhee sits on the living room where Heeyoung is clinging into him. Just look at Heeyoung, Chanhee can feel Chagu's scent. He misses her a lot. Byunghun comes down to see his friend with a big grin painted on his face. Chanhee just looks at him with an annoying face.

"I told you!! You are a liar. Hahahaha!!"

"Oh, just shut up, Lee Byunghun!!"

"Uncle Chanhee!!! Don't hurt my daddy!!", he earns a smack on his arms by Heeyoung.

"That's daddy's girl. Thank you, sweetheart", Byunghun hugs his princess while laughing at Chanhee.

"Well, what do you want now, Lee Chanhee-nim?!", Yoori gives him a smirk as she sits down after bringing a drink for Chanhee.

He says it all. He wants to know where Chagu is right now since he feels warm around her. He likes her. Yoori and Byunghun high-fived each other as they know that Chanhee likes Chagu but he never wanted to admit it. Yoori then writes an address on a small paper.

"You can find her there. It's her home address. Tell her properly!! She is hoping so much that you can return her love to you"

"Thankies, Yoori!! Bye, Byunghun and Heeyoung!! I'm going now!!!"

Chagu is helping her mom to wash their clothes. She doesn't drop her school. She just needs time to deal with her trauma that night. Her mom has managed her time table. She will be going to school at day time. Luckily, her home isn't that far from Yoori's. It just takes 10 minutes by bus or driving.

She is spacing out when someone is knocking on her door. She doesn't hear it. Then she hears her mom yells at her to open the door. She lazily opens the door just to be greeted by a deep kiss on her lips. She is shock and she almost slaps the one who kissed her when she stops immediately after seeing a guy with a pretty smile, standing in front of her.

"Cha- Opp- But. How. You. Eww"

"Choi Chagu! Congratulation!!"

"Ehh?!"

"You win my heart!! Come here!!", Chanhee opens his arms.

"Oppa?! What do you mean?!"

"Just come here. I will tell you"

Chagu walks towards Chanhee with a confused look. She stands in front of Chanhee, not knowing what to do. Chanhee's hands then reach her head - he holds her cheeks. He smiles as he moves his head to hers. Chagu thinks Chanhee will kiss her again but then...

"I love you"

Chanhee whispers on her ear. She shoots her eyes open widely. She doesn't believe what she just heard from this man. Doesn't he hate her?! Why so suddenly?!

"Oppa?! How can you love me?! I thought you hate me", she pushes Chanhee's body away from her.

"When you tried to talk to me or even just smiled at me?! It makes my heart flutter, Chagu. That night when you were in a danger, I had this desire to you. Ehh~ I mean I want to protect you. So?! Do you want to be my girlfriend?!"

Chagu cries instead of answering Chanhee's confession. She doesn't know how to respond this. She feels happy of course but she doesn't know how to react properly. She covers her face with her palms while crying. Chanhee then hugs her. 

"If you cry, I will kiss you! Now, answer me"

Chagu nods her head on Chanhee's embrace. Chanhee smiles when he gets the signal of her wants to be his girlfriend. Chanhee then removes her hands from her face. He wipes away Chagu's tears. He holds her face once again. He plants a kiss on her lips.

"Thank you for coming into my life. You washed away my past. I promise I will make you happy, Choi Chagu. I love you"

He kisses her back and then....

"YA!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"

MALDIVES, THE ISLAND OF LOVE

It has been 3 years since Heeyoung, Youngmin and Youngjae were born. They can run and talk with their cute pronounces now. Whenever the family or the group is gathering, the three of them will play together while their parents are having a talk with their friends. Sometimes, Changhyun joins them to play since he loves kids so much. Changhyun will always play with Heeyoung since she is alone when Youngmin and Youngjae play their boys’ things.

All of them look happy except for one person. Sina has been waiting for Niel to discuss about their wedding but whenever Sina brings up the topic, Niel will always ignore it and says the other things. She feels jealous towards her friends who are already having their own family and Alifa who is preparing her wedding with Jonghyun in the mean time. But she is a pro on hiding her madness at Niel whenever they gather.

Actually, Niel is in the middle of preparing something important and big. He tells his plan just to his noonas, hyungs and dongsaengs. He keeps it as a secret to Sina since he wants it to be surprise for her.

“Ah!! I’m going to have my vacation next week”, Changhyun says in a sudden, coding them to speak as well.

“Whoa! We will spend our vacation too next week!!”, Byunghun speaks.

“Really?! Our family too!!”, Yoomi says.

“Uhh~ Jonghyun and I will be busy with our wedding preparation next week”, Alifa adds.

“Seriously guys?!”, Sina looks sad. Well of course. Next week is her birthday and she has planned to have a birthday party with them. She hangs her head low but then someone touch her cheeks.

“Aunt Sina, why do you look so sad?! Mommy said that you should be hap—“

“Heeyoung darling, that’s our secret, honey”, Yoori holds her daughter as Heeyoung almost spills something important. Byunghun then ruffles Heeyoung’s silky-dark brown hair and gives her a kiss on her cheek. He motions his point finger to his mouth to signaling Heeyoung that it can’t be said now. Thankfully, Sina doesn’t see that as her attention is stolen by Youngmin and Youngjae who are fighting over a toy. She smiles to see how adorable the kids are. She hopes that she will have one sooner.

Minsoo is holding the crying Youngjae while Yoomi is holding the naughty Youngmin as they leave the others – they have another appointment. Since Minsoo becomes the CEO, he has so many parties to attend with his family. He sometimes doesn’t want to bring Yoomi along to the party since at that time, they are expecting their second child. Yoomi is pregnant and this is her 5^th weeks. Sina looks at them in envy. Then she looks at Niel who is happily chatting with Changhyun. He laughs out loud without knowing what she feels inside which in fact, Niel does know. He just smirks as he sees how Sina looks depressed enough.

One night, Niel comes to Minsoo’s house. He will discuss his plan with Minsoo and Yoomi. But then, Youngmin will always disturb him and Niel loses his focus in the end – playing with Youngmin. Minsoo will always snatch his son away from Niel as he really wants to help Niel and both of them need to talk seriously. Yoomi holds Youngmin and brings him to join his twin who is sleeping peacefully. When Yoomi feels that her son is finally sleeping, she comes down and join the conversation between her husband and Niel.

“You planned all of these?!”, Minsoo shrieks in shock.

“Whoaa~ You are daebak, Niel. Really”, Yoomi is speechless.

“So, after making us make a plot that we are not be able to celebrate Sina’s birthday, you do this?!”, Minsoo is still in his awe face.

“What do you think, hyung noona?!”

“SINA WOULD LOVE IT, NIEL!!! I’M 100% SURE!!! You are…… AWESOME!!!”, Yoomi says in teary eyes. Niel smiles to hear that. Yeah, he knows what his fiancée likes so this will be a success.

“But make sure you make it quick, Niel!! Next week is the deadline!! Remember that!!”

“No worries, hyung!! I have prepared everything and now I just need your help and the others help as well”

“Appa, what will uncle Niel do??”, Minsoo feels someone pulling his shirt.

“Something big, Youngmin”, he answers casually. “WHAT?! YOU ARE AWAKE??”

“Appa~”, Minsoo sees the other one also wakes up and clings into his leg. Minsoo holds him in an instant and Youngjae is falling asleep in his embrace.

“Eomma~”, Youngmin runs to Yoomi who just made a drink for Niel.

“You are awake?! But you just sleep for about 10 minutes!!”, Yoomi holds him who falls asleep as soon as he is in his mom’s embrace.

Niel sees them in envy – same as Sina. He really wants to build his own family with Sina soon. So he thinks that he should make his way faster. Minsoo and Yoomi are welcome to help him and now he has to go to Byunghun and Yoori’s house to ask their help.

 Yoori opens the door for Niel. Niel is greeted by Yoori and suddenly he hears Heeyoung calling his name.

“Uncle Nieeeeelll~~”, Heeyoung runs to Niel from her dad’s embrace. Niel holds her while walking inside the house. Heeyoung really likes Niel since he always brings many presents to Heeyoung.

Niel then explains his plans to Byunghun and Yoori with Heeyoung sleeping on Niel’s embrace. Byunghun and Yoori look each other as they can’t believe that Niel can plan something sweet and lovely like this. They smile to Niel and agree to help him. All perfectly done. The next thing he has to do is just asking Sina to go with him.

“I’m so sorry, Sina. But I really have to go with Jonghyun”, Alifa says on the phone.

“But..”

“Ah!! Jonghyun is here. Sorry, I have to hang-up now, Sina. So sorry once again. Bye, have a nice day!”, then, Alifa hangs-up the phone.

Sina madly throw her phone to the bed and she ruffles her hair. It is indeed her bad month despite of having her birthday. She feels sad when her friends are ignoring her one by one even Changhyun and Chanhee who don’t have their family just yet. Minsoo and Byunghun’s family are out of reach these days – she can’t call them which she doesn’t know why. The most annoying one for her is that her lovely fiancée also ignoring her for the whole week. He doesn’t call or even texts her. She really wants to yell out loud to make her feelings better but she doesn’t know where to go to burst that out.

She cries that night, hugging her pillow. She should be happy since her birthday is approaching but she is crying right now. At that time, Niel suddenly shows up in her room. She looks at him with her mad-face.

“What are you doing here?!  Go away!! You’ve been ignoring me for the whole week!! I hate you!!”, Sina throws a tantrum to Niel who is just smiling widely at her. “Why are you smiling like that?! You look ugly with that smile!! Now just go away!!”

Niel comes closer to Sina with his big grin painted on his face. He sits next to Sina who is hiding her face with a pillow. He hugs Sina gently but Sina shrugs him off. Niel keeps hugging her until she gives up on struggling from his embrace. Niel pats her head and kisses her temple.

“Mad enough at me?! Don’t be mad, honey. Here, I want to give you something. It’s your birthday present”, Niel hands her an envelope.

“You didn’t say sorry?!”, Sina takes the envelope rudely.

“I didn’t do anything wrong to you so why I should say sorry?!”, Niel smirks.

“You… WHAT?! You… YA!!! YOU IGNORED ME!!!”, Sina throws a pillow to Niel’s face.

“Ouch! It hurts! That’s not something that I should apologize for. You will know later the reason why I ignored you these past days. Now, I’m gonna take my leave. Open the envelope for sure and see you tomorrow at the airport!! I LOVE YOU!!”, Niel rushes off from Sina’s room before he gets beaten by Sina who is ready to throw another pillow.

Sina frowns from Niel’s last word. Airport?! What for?! Is he going to leave her alone here?! But then her eyes look at the envelope she is holding right now. She opens it carefully and there, she sees a ticket which has her name written on it with Maldives as the destination of the flight. Maldives?! Isn’t this island so expensive to go to?! Why Niel gives her a ticket to Maldives as her birthday present?? She is thinking hardly. But then she smiles. Yeah, maybe Niel works hard to get this ticket for her so he ignored her.

She is happily packing her things when suddenly her mom comes in to her room. Sina greets her and her mom is helping her packing her things. It seems like her mom already knows about Sina will go to Maldives.

“This is gonna be your long journey, Sina”, her mom speaks as she tears-up.

“Oww! Mom, I’m just having my vacation there. I will be back soon. Don’t worry”, Sina hugs her mom who is crying.

“I know. So, come home safely. You are my precious daughter ever. Do you know how much I love you?”

“Mom… C’mon! I’m not going to leave you!! I’m just having my holiday!! That’s all. And yes, I know you love me so much since you treasured me so much. I love you too, mom”

Sina’s mom then leaves her room after helping her daughter packing her things up. She cries, knowing that Sina won’t be back to her room anymore after finishing her trip in Maldives. She will miss her daughter so much.

Next morning, Sina’s brother takes Sina to the airport along with her mom. On the way to the airport, Sina’s mom always takes Sina’s hands and gently rubs it. She keeps hugging Sina as she knows what will be happened in Maldives.

Sina meets Niel in the airport. Niel bows to Sina’s mom and brother and greets them. Niel takes Sina’s hand as he bids his goodbye to Sina’s family. The day after tomorrow is Sina’s birthday and Niel will make a big surprise for her at Maldives.

The 9 hours of flight was hectic. Sina was sleeping on Niel’s shoulder all the time while Niel was happily stroking Sina’s hair as he imagined how shocked Sina will be. Now that they have arrived at the hotel, Sina is hyped to go to the beach while Niel is sleepy enough. He wants to sleep but Sina insists him to go with her. Niel gives up and then goes with her to the nearest beach. Sina is enjoying herself at the beach but Niel is busy texting some people and it makes Sina mad at him. It’s her holiday with someone she loves so she doesn’t want anyone to ruin it.

“Oh?! Heeyoung?!”, Sina shocks to see a little girl who really looks like Heeyoung.

“WHAT?! HAHAHAHA. You must be hallucinating, noona”, Niel gives his awkward laugh.

“No! I believe it was Heeyoung who just ran there!”, Sina walks to the place where she saw Heeyoung.

“IMPOSSIBLE, noona. HAHAHAHA”, Niel holds her arms and turns her body towards him. “Now, let’s go back to the hotel. I guess you are tired enough”

“Yeah, maybe. I need a rest”, this time Sina agrees on him. Yeah, maybe she is too tired that she hallucinated Heeyoung so sudden. But why Heeyoung?! She doesn’t have any reason to hallucinate her right?!

The whole day they spend inside the hotel as at night, Niel is taking Sina to have a dinner in the beach to see the sunset together. Sina will never understand what is waiting for her in the next two days.

The next day, Sina can’t find Niel anywhere she even can’t reach him on the phone. She is in panic mode when suddenly she sees Yoomi with Youngjae walking down in the lobby. Is she hallucinating again?? But this time she walks closer to Yoomi who is playfully walk with Youngjae. Yes, it is really her and she is with her son!

“Yoomi?!”, she calls. Yoomi can be seen frowned as she knows that it is Sina. She slowly turns her head.

“AUNT SINA!!!”, Youngjae clings into Sina’s leg.

“Hi, Youngjae”, Sina holds him.

“Sina?! What are you doing here?!”, Yoomi hides her nervousness as she pretends that she doesn’t know that Sina is in Maldives.

“I’m on my vacation. You?!”, Sina answers.

“Me too!! Minsoo and I decided to have our holiday with the kids here!! Whoaa!! What a nice coincidence”, Yoomi awkwardly laugh.

Then, they walk together to the restaurant to have a breakfast. Sina can see Minsoo feeding Youngmin and Minsoo literally chokes when he sees Sina walks with his wife. He eyed Yoomi. None of them doesn’t know that Sina will be up this early. Minsoo awkwardly laugh while Youngmin is asking Sina to sit beside him. Sina asks the couple if they see Niel somewhere but what she gets just a question if Niel is with her here – which is fake question by Yoomi and Minsoo.

They are having breakfast together and at that time, Yoomi’s eyes catch Changhyun, Jonghyun and Chanhee who are going inside the restaurant as well. Yoomi fakes a cough loudly and three of them look at her direction. All of them run away from the restaurant in an instant as they see Sina’s back.

The whole day, Sina is joining Yoomi’s family. She is worry about Niel but Minsoo keeps saying that he will be okay. Sina gets confused when Yoomi is looking for a dress. But then she just shrugs it off since probably Minsoo is invited to other party in Maldives. Sina helps Yoomi to choose the dress carefully. Yoomi just smiles widely at Sina who is busy looking for the best dress for Yoomi. If only she knows.

At night, Sina is back to her room and still trying to look for Niel. In fact, Niel is busy preparing his surprise birthday present for Sina. It's all done now and tomorrow is the big day as he prays that it can be a successful birthday gift ever for Sina's life. Niel is having a talk with Minsoo and Yoomi in the lobby when suddenly Sina shows up with her shock face.

"So, I want Heeyoung and Young-"

"SSSHHHH!! She is coming!! Act normally!!", Yoomi whispers.

"YA AHN DANIEL!!!! WHERE ARE YOU TODAY?!?!", Sina hits Niel's arms.

"AACK! It hurts!! I was  busy somewhere else, noona!!"

"Then tell me!! I was worry to death, Ahn Daniel!!", Sina bursts into tears suddenly. Niel hugs her to comfort her. 

"Now, don't cry. You will look messy tomorrow if you cry like this. You have to be beautiful next morning, noona", Niel pats her head.

"Next morning?!", Sina looks at him.

"Yes, next morning is your big day, isn't it?!", Niel pecks her lips. "Now go to sleep"

Sina obeys Niel's words as she goes up to her room. Suddenly, she feels weird. Her heart is racing too fast. What happen?! It feels like something big will happen to her.

"WAKE UP!!! MOON SINA!!! WAKEY WAKEY!!!", Sina hears Alifa's voice suddenly.

"YA, MOON SINA!!! WAKE UP!!! WE NEED TO DO YOUR MAKE UP!!!", Yoori voice also echoing in her ears.

"SINA!!!", she hears Alifa's voice once again and she widely opens her eyes as she sees Yoori and Alifa in her room.

Next thing she knows, she is locked into the bathroom and Yoori asks her to take a bath. She does what Yoori tells her to do. After bathing, Alifa drags her to the drawer and she started to make Sina's face looks beautiful while Yoori is carrying a white big box. Next, suddenly Sina sees a beautiful wedding dress in front of her eyes. Yoori helps her to wear it. Sina's face shows a confused look on it. Why suddenly she wears a wedding dress??

"YA!! Smile!! You look beautiful!! Your groom is waiting for you", Yoori tells her. Obviously, she can see that Yoori and Alifa are wearing a dress as well. 

Yoori and Alifa walk her to the hidden garden in the hotel. There, she can see many people gathering as she also sees her family and Niel's family. All of them are wearing red dress and red ties for the men. She sees someone standing in the end of the red carpet. Handsome, just like a prince, wearing a white tuxedo. It's Niel. She tears up when Heeyoung and Youngmin walk before her, guiding her way to Niel.

"Don't cry, my beautiful bride. Just don't. From today onwards, you are my wife and my life. I will always be there beside you doesn't matter if you are happy or sad, healthy or sick. We will share the rest of our lives together. Happy birthday, Moon Sina. Oh!! I forgot!! Happy birthday, Mrs. Ahn. I love you, Moon Sina", Niel kisses Sina's lips as he put the ring on Sina's hand.

Sina can't stop crying from the surprise he gave her on her birthday. She feels so lucky to have Niel on her side now. He is hers now and she is his. They are becoming one from today on. 

"Congratulations, Sina. Sorry for not telling you that we are here for this", Minsoo says.

"Yeah, but now, be happy, Sina. Niel is a good man that can take care of you. Happy birthday", Yoomi adds.

"Aunt Sina, happy birthday!!", Heeyoung, Youngmin and Youngjae say in unison.

"Sina, congratulations on your wedding!! I'm so happy for you!! Happy birthday, dear", Yoori hugs Sina.

"Congratz!! And we are waiting for little Niel - Sina in the future!!", Byunghun says as he earns a smack from a blushed-Niel.

"NOONA!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! KYAAA~~ I'm so happy for you, noona", Changhyun jumps here and there.

"Noona... Congratz!!", Jonghyun says.

"Happy birthday, Sina. I'm so happy for you", Alifa hugs her.

"Take care well, Sina - Niel. Be happy!! Happy birthday, Sina", Chanhee is the last one to congratulate them.

Sina's mom is crying that finally her daughter finds a good man to take care of her. Niel's mom is welcoming Sina as she is the part of Ahn's family now. Niel then suddenly carries Sina and runs to the beach. 

"Thank you so much, Niel for your birthday present. I guess you really put a lot of efforts on doing this for me. I feel sorry if I judged you without knowing any reason. This is the best birthday ever in my life!! Thank you and I love you", Sina touches Niel's lips with her lips. 

"Anything for your happiness, my dear wife", Niel returns the kiss as they share their nights and days together as a husband and wife.

YOOMI’S SECRET, MINSOO’S BIRTHDAY PRESENT

Minsoo’s head is spinning like crazy to see his bunch of works to do in the office. There are a lot of works that he has to do every day and he sometimes wants to give up. But to think that his dad put a lot of efforts on building this company, he just can’t do that. He doesn’t want to make his dad disappointed at him, especially his wife who supports him so much.

Every night, he will come home late and Yoomi will always waiting for him in the living room, reading a book. It breaks Minsoo’s heart to see his wife still awake just to wait for him come home, that in fact she’s pregnant with his baby.

“Oh, you’re home?! Welcome home, honey”, Yoomi stands up and gives him a peck on his cheek.

“Don’t you feel tired waiting for me all night long, Yoomi?? You should have some rest”, Minsoo hugs his wife and guides her to their bedroom since it’s hard for Yoomi to walk now – she is in her 8^th months.

“Nope. I never feel tired to wait for you, Bang Minsoo. Never. Besides, I guess your son misses his dad so much since I’m craving to see your face before go to sleep”, Yoomi says while lying on the bed.

“Really?! Daddy miss you too, son. How are you today?! Did you actively kick your mom again?? You’re so naughty, son”, Minsoo strokes Yoomi’s tummy while kneeling down. There, he can feel his son kicks inside his wife and this time, he feels it double. “Whoa, you’re so hyper!! Daddy can feel you. Stop that. You’re hurting mommy”

“Not at all. I’m happy to feel it. Just like you, he’s so naughty”, Yoomi pinches Minsoo’s nose. “Now, go take a bath and sleep. You have to rest”

Minsoo then kisses Yoomi’s cheek and walks away to the bathroom. When he finishes his shower, he sees that Yoomi has fallen asleep. He smiles just to think that how lucky he is to have Yoomi as his wife and they will have their first son soon. His life will be complete in a month. Yeah, he feels so lucky since Yoomi never gets angry at him to come home late. She understands him as a CEO. She supports him and it makes him loves Yoomi more.

Minsoo gets up into the bed after wearing his sleep pants and he hugs Yoomi – to be more specific, snuggles. He strokes Yoomi’s hair as he kisses it. Then, he drifted into his dreamland.

Next morning, he finds that Yoomi isn’t there, beside him. He knows that she will be in the kitchen as he smells something good but he doesn’t want to get up from the bed since it’s Saturday and he doesn’t have to go to the office.

“Minsoo, get up. Breakfast ready. I have an appointment with mom to go to the baby appliances shop. C’mon. get up, honey”, Minsoo can feel Yoomi is stroking his face.

“Oh… Okay”, he opens his eyes and get up.

“Ah, right! Next time, please wear your shirt to sleep, Minsoo! It shocked me this morning that you’re topless!”, Yoomi nags on Minsoo.

“Why?! You like it, don’t you?! And I always sleep like this on weekend, Park Yoomi”

“Pfft~ Whatever”, Yoomi goes into the bathroom.

 Yoomi is done with her shower and there, she sees Minsoo’s mom in the living room, talking with her son. His mom is so happy that she will have a grandson as this is the first grandson in Bang’s family.

“Hi, mom”, Yoomi greets Minsoo’s mom.

“Oh, Yoomi-ya!! Be careful!!”, Minsoo’s mom helps her daughter-in-law to go down from the staircase.

“We will take our leave now, Minsoo. Your lunch is in the refrigerator. You can heat it up in the microwave. Love you~”, Yoomi pecks Minsoo’s lips.

“Okay. Love you, too. Mom, be careful! Take care both of you!”, Minsoo waves to them as he locks the front door.

Time passes by and Minsoo grows bored at home, doing nothing. He knows that his mom will take Yoomi to his parents’ house and it will take a long time for Yoomi to come home. He calls his friends to come to his home. Apparently, only Chanhee, Changhyun and Niel are available to see him since they have nothing to do.

They arrive at Minsoo’s home and they are talking about how busy Byunghun is to take care of Heeyoung because he loves Heeyoung so much. Yeah, Heeyoung really resembles Byunghun a lot. Her lips and nose are Byunghun’s while her eyes are Yoori’s. They are having fun talking but Minsoo can see that Niel and Changhyun are trying to keep something from their behavior.

“You will be two times busy than Byunghun, Minsoo”, Chanhee says. Niel and Changhyun frown. They look at Chanhee with big rounded eyes while shaking their head but Chanhee doesn’t look at them.

“Huh?! Why?! Because I will have a boy??”

“Yoomi didn’t tell you?!”

“What?!”

“YOOMI NOONA WANTS TO KEEP IT AS A SECRET, CHANHEE HYUNG!!!”, Changhyun yells at Chanhee.

“Now spill it out all of you!!!!”, Minsoo looks annoyed with the fact that his wife is keeping a secret from him.

None of them want to speak. They eyed each other as they hang their head low, except Chanhee. Finally, Chanhee tells him everything.

Yoomi arrives home with Minsoo’s mom helping her bringing the baby stuffs. Minsoo helps them and guides his wife to the living room. He bids his goodbye to his mom and says thank you as his mom drives home.

Yoomi is busy placing the stuffs in their soon-to-be-son’s room with a big smile. Minsoo helps her and he has to hide his smile all the time when Yoomi looks at him. He doesn’t want to make Yoomi notices something from him.

As they finished placing the stuffs, Minsoo pecks Yoomi’s cheek which makes Yoomi confuses. He smiles to her. She returns his smile and grows more confuse as he acts super nice to her the whole day.

“What happened with you today?! You seem different”, Yoomi asks Minsoo who is lying on their bed while watching some TV Shows.

“Nothing. Come here, honey. I want to talk to you”, Minsoo pats the empty space beside him. Yoomi sits beside him. He back-hugs his wife and strokes her hair.

“Mind to tell me something, Yoomi?!”

“Huh?!”

“Do you have something to tell me?! About your pregnancy?! Our baby?!”

“I.. I.. Wait a minute!! What should I tell you?!”

“Really?! You want to keep it as a secret until you give birth?!”

Meanwhile,

“WHAT?!?! YOU SPOILED IT TO MINSOO HYUNG?!?! You gotta be kidding me, Chanhee hyung!!!”, Jonghyun yells in frustration.

“I know right!!! I was mad at him too!!”, Changhyun feels annoyed.

“What?! He has the right to know. He is the dad”, Chanhee says.

“But it will be Minsoo hyung’s birthday present if you didn’t say it!!! Noona will deliver her babies just before Minsoo hyung’s birthday!!!”, Niel explains.

“Jinjja?! Ahhh~!!! I’m so sorry!!!”, Chanhee apologizes to them since he doesn’t really know Yoomi’s plan.

“It won’t be your birthday’s present anymore!!! Screw you, Lee Chanhee!!!”, Yoomi cries her heart out. Minsoo laughs at her and hugs her.

“But it’s still the best birthday present for me and for my life, Yoomi. Thank you so much. I love you”, Minsoo kisses her cheek.

A month later….

They are gathering in Minsoo and Yoomi’s home as Yoomi can go home from the hospital after giving a birth to their twin boys, Bang Youngmin and Bang Youngjae. It is Minsoo’s birthday today and they are preparing a special surprise party for him and his family. Both Yoomi and Minsoo don’t know about the plan their friends make. Yoori is there but she can’t help the others since Heeyoung is crying non-stop. She has to take care of Heeyoung first.

Minsoo is happy holding Youngmin, the oldest, in his arms while his mom is holding Youngjae, the youngest, in his arms. Yoomi is walking before them with her mom holding her. When Yoomi opens the door, all of them shout happy birthday to Minsoo and they say congratulation to Yoomi in unison. Minsoo and Yoomi get shock with the shouting and they tear-up, thanking their friends. Changhyun can be seen running towards Minsoo’s mom.

“Auntie, can I hold uhmmm…. Who is this one?? Youngmin??”

“It’s Youngjae, Changhyun-ah”, Minsoo’s mom gives Youngjae to Changhyun.

“YA!! Be careful!! Don’t hurt my son!!”, Minsoo yells at him – still holding Youngmin in his arms.

“No worries, hyung!!! I won’t!!! Aigoo~ He’s so cute. Look at his lips. Noona’s lip is here and Minsoo hyung’s eyes is here”

“I want to hold him too. May I?!”, Sina asks Minsoo and Minsoo gives Youngmin to Sina.

“Both of them are adorable!! Aigoo~”, Alifa says while stroking Youngmin’s cheek.

The boys are busy with Youngjae and Sina – Alifa are busy with Youngmin. Minsoo sits beside his wife and hugs her.

“Thank you for giving me not only Youngmin but also Youngjae into my life, Park Yoomi. You are incredible, Yoomi. They are the best present I have ever get in my life! I love you!”

“I love you too, Bang Minsoo! Happy Birthday!”
